This Privacy Policy describes how A7-Padel ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data of users of the A7-PADEL mobile application and related services. By using the app, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Account data: first name, last name, phone number, email address.
• Booking data: history of court bookings, training sessions, equipment rentals.
• Payment data: processed via LiqPay payment system; we do not store full bank card details.
• Technical data: device identifier, push token, app version, OS, IP address, interface language.
• Usage data: login times, in-app activity, error logs.
• Communications: content of support requests.

2. Purposes of Data Processing

• providing booking services and access to club facilities;
• processing payments and refunds;
• sending notifications related to your bookings;
• customer support;
• improving service quality and troubleshooting;
• complying with applicable laws of Ukraine.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

• your consent (provided during registration);
• performance of a service contract;
• compliance with legal obligations (tax and accounting);
• legitimate interest in operating and securing the service.

4. Sharing Data with Third Parties

• LiqPay (PrivatBank) — payment processing;
• Cloud hosting providers — application data storage;
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) / APNs (Apple) — push notification delivery;
• SMS and email service providers — delivery of verification codes and service messages.

We do not sell and do not share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes.

5. Data Retention

• Account and profile data — retained as long as your account remains active.
• Booking and financial records (receipts, invoices, payments) — 3 years from the transaction date, in accordance with the tax and accounting laws of Ukraine.
• Technical logs and error reports — up to 12 months.
• Support communications — up to 24 months from the last interaction.

After account deletion, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except for data we are legally required to retain.

6. Data and Account Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your account and personal data at any time.

Option 1 — in the app: open the "Profile" section in the A7-PADEL app, select "Delete account" and confirm the action. Your account will be deleted immediately.

Option 2 — by email:

• send an email to a7padel@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request";
• include the phone number and/or email used during registration so we can identify your account.

Email requests are processed within 30 days of receipt, and we will send a confirmation to your email.

What will be deleted: personal identifiers (name, phone, email), in-app interaction history, push tokens.

What will be retained in anonymized form: financial records (receipts, invoices) — kept in accordance with Ukrainian law but de-linked from your personal data.

7. Your Rights

In accordance with the Ukrainian Law "On Personal Data Protection" and GDPR principles, you have the right to:

• access your personal data;
• request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten");
• restrict processing of your data;
• withdraw consent previously given;
• lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

8. Data Security

• encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS);
• password storage as cryptographic hashes;
• restricted access to personal data limited to authorized personnel;
• regular backups and security monitoring.

No system can guarantee absolute security. In case of a data breach, we will notify you and the competent authorities as required by law.

9. Children's Data

The app is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with their data without parental or guardian consent, please contact us for immediate deletion.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this document. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
