End User License Agreement (EULA)

Owner: A7-Padel

1. License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes related to booking and using services at our padel club.

2. User Accounts

You must create an account to use booking features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Modify, reverse-engineer, or resell the app.
  • Use the app for illegal or harmful purposes.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

4. Payments

All bookings and purchases made through the app are final unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices and services at any time.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

7. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine.

3. Data Sharing

  • Payment processors (e.g. Stripe, Fondy)

  • Service providers for app hosting and maintenance

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your data but cannot guarantee 100% security.

6. Data Retention

We retain user data only for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain the app, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and protect the security of our users and services.

Our general retention periods are:

  • Account data: retained while your account remains active.
  • Booking history: retained while your account remains active and may be retained for up to 3 years after account deletion, where necessary for accounting, legal, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or business record purposes.
  • Payment-related records: retained for the period required by applicable tax, accounting, financial, and regulatory obligations.
  • Support communications: retained for up to 3 years after the last communication, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, or dispute resolution reasons.
  • Technical logs and diagnostics: usually retained for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is required for security, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, or legal reasons.
  • Analytics data: retained in aggregated or anonymized form where possible.

When personal data is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.
Some data may be retained for a longer period if required or permitted by law, including for tax, accounting, legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution purposes.

7. Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your A7 PADEL account and associated personal data at any time.

Please include the email address or phone number associated with your A7 PADEL account so we can identify your account and process your request.

After receiving your request, we will process it within a reasonable period, normally within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or for legitimate reasons such as security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, tax, or regulatory compliance.

When your account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, except for data that we are required or permitted to retain for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, regulatory, or dispute resolution purposes.

Deleting your account may result in the loss of access to your booking history, active services, saved account information, and app features that require an account.

If the app provides an in-app account deletion option, you may also use that option to start the deletion process. If you no longer have access to the app, you can still request deletion by contacting us at a7padel@gmail.com.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Continued use of the app means you accept any changes.
